Mark Dahrooge – Realtor
Mark Dahrooge’s passion for real estate runs deep. Born and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts, Mark understands firsthand what it’s like to relocate and build a life in a new community.
He began his career working in his family’s insurance business before moving into business development with a builder. Mark later gained valuable corporate experience recruiting for high-tech companies, where he developed strong technical, sales, and relationship-building skills that continue to benefit his clients today.
Mark’s real estate career expanded when he became Director of Business Development overseeing the construction of bank buildings throughout New England. This role strengthened his expertise in development planning, commercial real estate projects, and navigating complex real estate transactions.
Today, Mark brings extensive experience in business development, sales, recruiting, commercial real estate training, and residential real estate. He is a Certified Home Buying Advisor and Certified Home Selling Advisor through the National Association of Expert Advisors and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mount Olive University. His strategic mindset and strong business relationships help ensure every client receives thoughtful guidance and confident representation when buying or selling property.
Bobbi Dahrooge – Realtor
Bobbi Dahrooge brings compassion, problem-solving, and strong advocacy skills to every real estate transaction. Throughout her career she has focused on helping people navigate important life transitions and adapt to new communities.
Bobbi earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Springfield College in Massachusetts and a Master’s degree from the University of Connecticut. Her professional background includes higher education administration and working as a nonprofit program coordinator in Massachusetts, Illinois, and upstate New York.
She later spent 15 years as a North Carolina Medicaid social worker, where she developed exceptional communication, advocacy, and problem-solving skills. Today, Bobbi specializes in helping clients—particularly seniors—navigate real estate decisions with confidence and care.
Bobbi is known for her ability to guide clients through complex situations with patience and understanding, helping individuals and families make informed decisions during important life changes.

Together, Mark and Bobbi combine decades of experience in business development, real estate, education, social services, and property investing. In 2006, they relocated their family from Massachusetts to North Carolina, giving them firsthand understanding of the challenges and opportunities involved in moving to a new area.
In addition to their professional backgrounds, Mark and Bobbi have personally invested in real estate for many years—buying, rehabbing, and selling investment properties. This hands-on experience provides valuable insight into property value, renovation potential, and real estate strategy.
By combining Mark’s expertise in business development, market analysis, and commercial and residential real estate with Bobbi’s strengths in client advocacy, communication, and guiding people through life transitions, they offer a balanced and highly supportive approach for their clients.
